If this is selected, the x, y, and z values are specified in the same coordinate system as the one used to specify the original atom positions.

If this is selected, the x, y, and z values are specified in a coordinate system fixed to the Macintosh viewing screen.  x is to the right, y is up, and z is out of the screen.

Enter the angle of rotation about the new viewing direction. 

Enter the z coordinate of the new viewpoint.

Enter the y coordinate of the new viewpoint.

Enter the x coordinate of the new viewpoint.
